Да очень просто, бесконтрольность и жажда наживы.
Лагерь переполнен, потому одних в байдарки, другие готовятся в лагере. Будь моя воля тех кто руководил в лагере потопил бы в озере привязав мешок с деньгами и кирпичами к ногам, а руки оставил свободными. А родителей в спасательную бригаду что бы знали куда отправляли детей.

А у них был выбор? Путевки были социальные - для сирот и неполных семей... Этим выбирать не из чего...

Суховейко Галя она веда сука всё знала, она должна уже сидеть в КПЗ и давать показания за должностное бездействие. А её посадили на передачу и она говорит все хорошо и красиво до сих пор.

Я сам отсюда. Был там не один раз. Озеро очень коварное в плане перепада глубин. Любой ветер - и волна непредсказуема. Раз знакомые 3 часа за перевернутую лодку там цеплялись пока к берегу не прибило. Причем изначально было тихо. Плюс вода была потеплее.
А по поводу этого случая, ну что тут скажешь Д.......БЫ кто там командовал.

Занимаюсь водным туризмом с 14 лет сейчас вожу группы в Карелию. Всего насмотрелся и как люди тонут. И как чайники в пороги без страховки идут.Во всем виноват только руководитель и капитан судна.Детям не сказали когда выныриваешь из воды надо сначала сделать вдох.Вот они и захлебнулись на волнах.Пусть земля им будет пухом.

Был на птичьем рынке посмотрел какие жилеты продают оптом Внутри пенка тонкая она даже котенка в воде не выдержит.С надувными все бы выжили.
